Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 17th March 2024.

8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.

On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for the Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer 2024 today!
Early Bird Prices - Available until 1st Feb 2024!

Black Dog Ride Australia has made the difficult decision to raise the registration prices due to inflation. For many years we have maintained our current low pricing for riders and pillions taking part in this event because for us, participation is an important aspect of our primary role of 'raising awareness... '

The good news is that we will keep our current pricing for the majority of our registrations, our 'Early Birds'. This means that if you book between now and January 31st 2024, 1 Dayer registration will remain at $30 for a rider and $15 for pillion.

From 1st Feb 2024, our registration prices will increase a modest $5 and will now be $35 per rider & $20 per pillion, so please book now!

Ride Preparation

It is imperative that riders ensure their bike is registered, roadworthy, and in proper working order, ready for the significant distance ride ahead. It is also imperative that riders and pillion passengers are fit and well enough for the journey. Black Dog Ride does not take responsibility for these matters.

John Burrill

Thanks for posting this John. I'll be organising a ride from north Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast meet point in due course.

I'd encourage all to attend this. It's usually a very well organised ride and for a very worthy cause.
